Data collected

Contact form: first and last name, business, phone, e-mail, the service you are interested in and the description of your needs.

Free check of your website: the website address you enter, and your e-mail address only if you ask to receive the check in writing.

Audit order: your name, the name and address of your business, your e-mail, your phone, your trade, your website address, the links to your Google profile and your accounts, the platforms where you post listings, and what you write about your online presence.

Appointment booking: the data entered in the Cal.com calendar (name, e-mail, time slot).

Browsing: to count visits, see which pages are read and where visitors come from, we use Vercel Web Analytics, an audience measurement tool provided by Vercel Inc. (United States), which already hosts this site. It sets no cookies. For each page viewed, it records the page and the time, the site you came from, your approximate location (country, region, city, derived from your connection), the type of device, its operating system and the browser. According to Vercel, this data is linked neither to you as a person nor to your IP address, and a visitor cannot be followed from one day to the next or from one site to another. We only see totals. Your language and display preferences are stored locally in your browser.

Purposes

To answer your request, call you back, produce the audit you ordered, issue and collect the invoice, keep our accounts, measure visits to the site, contact the business whose website was tested. We send no newsletter and resell no data.

Free website check: the alert we receive

When a website is tested with the “your website in 60 seconds” tool, we receive an e-mail alert, sent through Resend (United States): the domain name tested, the date and a summary of the result. Nothing about the person who ran the test: no IP address, no name, no e-mail address.

We use it to know which websites are tested and, where appropriate, to contact the business that owns the website, using the contact details it makes public itself. Our message says who we are and why we are writing. If you are that business, a simple “no”, by reply or on the phone, is enough: we erase the alert and keep only the domain name, so that we do not write to you again. An alert with no follow-up is erased no later than 12 months after we receive it.

Payment

Services are invoiced by Swiss QR invoice, sent by e-mail. No payment provider is integrated into this site: no banking or card data is entered or collected here.

Recipients and processors

Website hosting and audience measurement: Vercel Inc. (United States). Delivery of form e-mails and check alerts: Resend (United States). Appointment booking: Cal.com (European servers, cal.eu). These providers process your data only to deliver their service.

A transfer outside Switzerland may therefore occur; it is governed by these providers' standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Contact requests and working files are kept for at most 12 months after the last exchange, then deleted, unless a contractual relationship is ongoing.

Accounting records — invoice, proof of payment, order confirmation and delivered report — are kept for 10 years from the end of the financial year, because the law requires it (art. 958f para. 1 of the Swiss Code of Obligations). If you ask for your data to be erased before then, we erase the working file and write to tell you that those records remain kept, under that legal obligation.

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to hello@creatik-agency.ch. We reply within 30 days.
